Yes, it is that time of year where we open the application forms for Woollinn volunteers.

One of the stand out feelings from last year was the coming together of so many fibre friends sharing and supporting the vendors, teachers, attendees, workshops and more, giving their enthusiasm and passion to make Woollinn a warm and friendly festival. We would love to continue that feeling this year and we know that 2019 is going to be a bigger festival meaning that we need yet more hands on deck. So if you are interested in joining us then please read on and fill on the google form linked to below:

Volunteers will be entitled to one (non-transferable) weekend pass to Woollinn, one official Woollinn t-shirt, and one festival tote bag with some goodies inside. Each successful applicant will be asked to commit to a minimum of 9 hours volunteering over the course of the festival (including set-up and break-down on Thursday 13th June and Sunday 16th June).

Successful applicants will be asked to register details of their availability via a scheduling app (available on iPhone, Android and Desktop). If you have a Workshop booked then you will be able to note that time as unavailable on this App.

There will be a compulsory training session for all volunteers in advance of the event, either on the afternoon of Sunday 9th June or the evening of Weds 12th June. We expect this session to last approximately one hour.

If you want to be part of the Woollinn festival team then all you have to do is fill out the Application Form here.
